鈥嫹焉缜 is a multicultural school community that welcomes international students from many different countries.

International Students and their families are attracted to 番茄社区 for a variety of reasons: its attractive and safe environs, its proximity and links with the cultural heart of Melbourne and its reputation for supporting students to achieve their best.

At 番茄社区, International students are fully integrated into the life of the college. This assists them to make rapid progress in learning English, developing supportive relationships with other students and meeting the challenges of integrating into a different culture and education system. International Students are also able to participate in the many cocurricular opportunities we offer at the college.

Students from overseas are supported by our International Students Coordinator, Level Coordinators and the Pathways Coordinator. They participate in the Right Start Program where all new students are given a聽 buddy ( mentor) from the same year level to help them to settle quickly into their new school.

The International Students’ Coordinator organises regular聽 meetings for our international students and they also enjoy the individual support provided through the EAL Homework Club.

Please read the International Student Handbook at the bottom of this page to find out more about living and learning in 番茄社区 including communications, Visa and employment rights and more.

Please refer to the college Homestay Policy document at the bottom of this page for information and procedures regarding these arrangements.
