Biography
My academic career expands over a period of almost 25 years, having taught Strategy- & Management-related courses in various Universities across five countries, advancing the knowledge and skills of students from 120 different countries. Simultaneously, I am aseasoned senior executive in the maritime industry, with more than 15 years of experiencein crew management and training, adding special emphasis on my significant expertisein The Philippines. I am passionate about improving efficiency oforganisations, mainly through boosting employees鈥� morale, knowledge and skill set,along with meaningful rationalisation of procedures, customised according tothe idiosyncrasies of each organisation. These two hats havemoulded my skills in such a way, that allows me to effectively contribute as a problemsolver and strategic change leader to a wide variety of industries, markets andindividual organisations, not necessarily attached to the maritime industry. Finally,I have developed significant business analysis skills for software development.
